The Review phase reflects on delivery performance, impact, and future opportunity. This phase turns delivery experience into learning and strategic insight.
Smaller projecs will have a lightweight review process - PM, Projects Coordinator and AM to assess if neccesary.
Roles
- Phase owner: Project Manager + Account Manager
- Supported by: Tech Lead and Design Lead
- Informed: Delivery Circle, Projects Coordinator, Support Point of Contact
- Primary Client contact: Account Manager
Typical activities
- Team Survey (to be sent immediately after the project completion to capture warm reflections)
- Internal retrospective (assess if neccesary - small projects might not require one)
- Post-launch review with client (if appropriate)
- Final Project Review against the SoW: Budget and hours reconciliation, KPI review and performance summary
- Identifying improvements for future projects
- Identifying future opportunities or next phases
- Case study development (where appropriate) / Marketing activities
- Connect client feedback forms to marketing team to capture testimonoals effectively
